The objective of the Weblog is provide our website community with a forum to share property related opinions, views, insights, experiences and perspectives.

We are passionate about property investing, as you are! In the last four years or so, we have been actively researching the UK, US and Europe market trends in order to provide our visitors with unique insights, information and ideas that you can used to improve your property investment performance – we anticipate this to be a springboard for some challenging online commentary and opinions, and in doing so we will share best practice, identify risks and share opportunities. Some of you will be full time property developers and/or property investors – others may be relatively inexperienced investors starting out and “learning the ropes” – all are welcome.

We will regularly post some thought provoking and intriguing comments, as well as a mix of links, commentary, and notes relating to the property investing world that we hope will capture your attention.
